The way to fix college sports is to disband them for several years and then restart as club teams with no TV. It'll never happen, but then the schools are addicted to the money. The other answer would be to start feeder leagues for kids who go to college only for the exposure and not the learning. Baseball has a good (probably) system with it's various levels. Football around the world (except for the US) has a good system in the various levels also.

Disastrous US jobs report points to deepening slump
No surprise here. Expecting the bosses and bankster frauds to help to grow the economy for the benefit of the whole population is beyond them. Profits are all that matter, damn everyone else. Of course, when there aren't people to purchase your products because they can't afford it due to low wages or unemployment, your profits will go down. Protection of those profits above everything else then continues the circle. Pretty soon, there won't be any profits and the only people who will have benefited are the bosses and bankster frauds.
